In 1988, Windsor Park & Golf Club hosted the 12th Kosaido Thailand Ladies Open Golf Championship, an International event with more that 20 different nationalities competing. This was the beginning of involvement with professional golf tournaments.
It is not an exaggeration to say that Windsor Park & Golf Club is the golf course for everyone; it supports both professional and amateur golf at different level, now with an expanded course layout from 27 to 36 holes; the last nine holes pose an increase challenge to golfers somewhat different to the previously established three nine holes. From the Pro Tees, any 18 holes are over 6,900 yards, the Regular Tee around 6,400 yards and Par 72 for all courses. Course layout and design is both fair and addictive, wide fairways lead the golfers to ample sized greens which then raise the challenge to putting skills.
Windsor Park & Golf Club moreover has both a large and elegant Clubhouse that you will agree from seeing that little expense was spread for golfers comfort and convenience.
Windsor Park & Golf Club is located on Suwintawong Road (Km 9), which is fast becoming a golden location of Bangkok. It will soon be connected to the Bang Na-Trat Route by an 8-lane highway. Take the Viphawadi-Rangsit (airport) Road (Route 1) or Tollway and turn right at the last exit before Don Muang on Chaengwattana Road leading to Ramindra Road (Route 304) and Suwintawong Road.
