According to today’s economic situation, rent-a-car is another alternative way of saving money, reduce operating expenses and costs such as repairing fees, insurance fees, car replacement fees and etc. Furthermore, firm’s account and finance department can take rental expenses to deduct more tax than getting their own vehicle as well as taking out in fully amount for any commercial vehicles they use.

Rental Requirements:
8Minimum driver age 25 years
8Renters must have a valid credit card (VISA or MasterCard)
8Non-Thai citizen must submit a photocopy of your international driving license and passport to confirm the reservation
8Thai citizen must submit a photocopy of your Thai driving license and identification card to confirm the reservation
8A valid credit card imprint is required to cover the security deposit for all renters
8Minimum car hire one week period

87% Government tax (VAT)
8Unlimited mileage (kilometer)
8Fully comprehensive insurance
8Third party liability insurance
824 Hrs Emergency Road-side Assistance
8Additional driver surcharge
8Free shuttle service at Bangkok International Airport to any major hotels in Bangkok.
Rates Exclude:
8Gasoline used (all vehicles will be supplied with full tank petrol or diesel)
Optional:
8Baby safety seat available at Baht 150 per day
8Chauffeur over-night (Upcountry) for THB 300 per day
8Chauffeur-driven overtime ( 08.00 PM - 12.00 AM ) for THB 100 per hour
8Chauffeur-driven overtime ( 12.00 AM - 06.00 AM ) for THB 300 per hour
8Minimum excess charge THB 5,000 for non-recoverable loss or damage

8All tickets from police department are renter’s responsibility
8All renters must bring back the vehicle on time, and or extend the contract at our office
8All required vehicles are subject to availability (Reservation in advance in strongly recommended)
8Reservation deposit THB 2,000
8Credit card imprint will be swiped as for security on the self-drive vehicles
8Extension of rental requirements shall be approved by given 7 days notice in advance
8Cancellation of rental requirements must be reported 7 days before arrival, otherwise reservation fees will be charged
