Spa Basic
Arrival Time : Guests should arrive 15 minutes before their schedule time to check in and change.
The Best Spa Treatment : If you need any assistance, the Spa Manager and Receptionists at Imperial Spa can plan the best spa program that suits your needs.
Cancellations : The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. A 50% charge will be collected for treatments not cancelled four hours in advance.
Late Arrivals : Your treatment will end on time in order not to keep the next guest delayed, yet in case if there is no guest follows your booking, you can enjoy your full duration of your treatment time.
Special Health Considerations : If you have high blood pressure, allergies physical ailments, disabilities, or if you are pregnant, please notify the Spa Manager or Receptionist before selecting your treatments.
